We had scheduled our appointment for a Monday,we had to cancel due to the first snow storm. We rescheduled for a second time, it snowed again. They say thrid times the charm and it was our 60 year old PINK cast iron tub is now Biscuit what a difference!!! Stacey was great, she was so helpful and understanding,really like her. Eric was our tech (our tub was third that day) He gave me a courtesy call, that he was on his way. He explained the procedure. Was friendlly and professional and did an excellent job,all within three hours. I would recommend Tub Coaters to anyone!!!
