Our technician, Eric, arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very friendly and attentive to every aspect of the job. He carefully explained all the contract details before beginning work. He protected every surface before starting and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterwards. He was so meticulous and focused; I never doubted he would do a good job. Well, he did a GREAT job!
