I was hesitant at first to call but I am so very glad I did. My technitian came and before he started he sat and went through the entire contract and explained each and every point!! Most would have summarized the contract in a couple of sentences. Then afer he completed glazing my tub, it looked beautiful!! Like a brand new tub but better!! He cleaned my bathroom cleaner that it was prior to his arrival!! He was very friendly and professional. He is definitely an asset to the company. I am calling when I finish this to request #18 come back and reglaze my shower!!!
